Founded over ten years ago by a team of lifelong Memphians, Yendor Properties was born out of both love and frustration: love for the city we call home, and frustration at the way it was often overlooked, underestimated, and underserved. Rather than contribute to the negative outlook, we chose to be part of the solution — to build up Memphis from the inside out, one home at a time.

We specialize in managing and maintaining single-family rental homes across the city, with a focus on providing affordable, quality housing for everyday people.
